If you’re a big emotional feeler like me, learning to accept, embrace and share your abilities has been a journey. I wanted to create a piece that symbolized the burning I feel for those around me so an opal seemed like the nature choice. I chose a handcut Mexican Fire Opal and surrounded it with bursts of stamp work. I gave it a matte finish to emphasize the design and strung it from a 20″ chain so it sits right over the heart. The pendant itself measures just over an inch wide and long.
